Please be assured that your shipments are being handled in a clean environment, and that precautions are being taken to ensure their safety. We are keeping up to date with our suppliers store’s policies during the COVID-19 pandemic, that they are in compliance and care of your well-being.

Kindly note that there might be events outside of the suppliers' control, such as weather conditions and COVID-19 restrictions put in place by shipping carriers, that may affect shipping times. As well as the current Seasonal Ordering.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Please allow 1-2 days for our order to be processed for shipping.  We make every effort to ensure your order is fulfilled as quickly as possible. Understand, we are mere humans, flowing in a sometime complex human world.  We aren't perfect but we do appreciate you!

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times will depend on your location. If your a UK domestic neighbor, you'll get it faster than if you live in the Australia.  Please note the quotes for shipping are estimates not guarantee, 2-8 days for domestic (UK) delivery *see above for special circumstances.  International shipping is longer.
